She holds a Electronics Engineering Honours Bachelor degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science - BITS Pilani as well as a Masters in Computer Science from Queens College New York. The Principal Mrs Booma Natarajan received her and showed her the facilities of the school which included the art room, music dance room, and lecture theatre. She also had discussions with Principal on various aspects of schooling system in India, financial issues in school operations, right to education etc. She also interacted with Ms Kritika Mandad and Ms Neha Gupta who also had graduated from BITS Pilani and presently teaching in JMA Pilani.
