Kiran the Dabbawala from Mumbai in his hour long session had the audience eating out of his hands explaining the modus operandi of the Dabbawalas and their much acclaimed coding system. Its not just yet another lecture but One lecture which power packed the essence of what B Schools ought to be teaching on OB - Organizational Behaviour, SCM - Supply Chain Management, CRM - Customer Relationship Management, MIS - Management Information Systems, HRM - Human Resource Management, PM - Project Management, MM -Marketing Management, TQM - Total Quality Management and what not.

By preaching what they practice, the Mumbai Dabbawalas have indeed proved to be a cut above the rest of management gurus.
