Top lines grow 114% to Rs. 844.76 lakhs compared to the previous year figures of Rs. 394.53 lakhs; 33% jump in net profit to 369.12 compared to the previous year figures of Rs.253.31
-- EdServ Softsystems Limited, India’s first 4th Generation Education Company today announced its audited results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2009. EdServ posted Rs. 369.12 lakhs PAT with an EPS of Rs. 4.54/- for the year ended March 31st 2009 higher by 46% compared to the previous year PAT of Rs. 253.31 lakhs.
Mr. S Giridharan, CEO, EdServ Softsystems Limited commenting on the results for the quarter ending March 31st, 2009 said, “With a triple digit growth in top lines EdServ and our different models of training having been well accepted by the education sector, we are strongly growing in the education and placement business. Our recently launched EdCademy support system which helps educational institutions improve the academic score of their students will prove extremely beneficial to all educational institutions”.
“Our quarter performance indicates that we have moved into a new orbit of growth and we are confident of improved performance in the coming years”, Mr. Giridharan added.
