NMIMS Bags Best Paper Award in 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress
Milind Bobate, a second year student of Clinical Pharmacy at School of Pharmacy & Technology Management of SVKM's NMIMS University, Mumbai won the Best Paper Award in the Scientific Poster Session during 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at New Delhi organized by Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) and hosted by Indian Pharmacy Graduates' Association.
Tweet-- Milind Bobate, a second year student of Clinical Pharmacy at School of Pharmacy & Technology Management of SVKM’s NMIMS University, Mumbai won the Best Paper Award in the Scientific Poster Session during 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at New Delhi organized by Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) and hosted by Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association.
Milind presented the paper entitled “Mandatory Use Of Collapsible Bags Instead Of Conventional PVC Bottles In Critical Care Patients: A New Perspective”, authored by Milind Bobate, Karma Kavane, Zarine Khety and Avijit Mazumder during the . The 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress accepted 2,161 numbers of scintific papers, out of which 100 papers were accepted for the Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy Session. Milind presented his paper during the Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy Session.

The first Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC) was organized at Calcutta in December 1948 with Prof. M. Shroff as its President. Thereafter, each year the IPC has been organized successfully. The professional elected to preside over the IPC and IPCA for these years have been people of great eminence in their fields. The presidents have been personalities mainly from the Drug Industry, Pharmaceutical R&D, Pharmacy Education and Drugs Regulatory Affairs. Intelligent and appropriate expression has been given by each of the presidents to particular issues and fields giving prime importance to the theme statement provided by each of them for their respective IPC and IPCA.
