Hero Mindmine Launches Customer Care Training For Railway Employees

Hero Mindmine, India's leading Training and Consulting organisation announced the launch of Customer Care Training for Railways at Railways Customer Care Institute, Kishanganj. The purpose of Railways for taking this initiative is to train the front end staff to provide the customer a world class customer service experience.

New Delhi, Delhi, December 1, 2008 /India PRwire/ -- Hero Mindmine, India’s leading Training and Consulting organisation announced the launch of Customer Care Training for Railways at Railways Customer Care Institute, Kishanganj. The purpose of Railways for taking this initiative is to train the front end staff to provide the customer a world class customer service experience.

Railways have awarded this training contract to Hero Mindmine initially for the period of three years which may subsequently be extended to two more years. Under the three-year customer care training project, Hero Mindmine expects to train more than 1.25 lakh railways staff belonging to various categories such as Station Master, Station Superintendent, TTE, Parcel Office, Enquiry and Help desk staff.
