This innovative equipment combines the advantages of hot melt glues with the benefits of reaction adhesives and provides a high strength bond between virtually any kinds of substrate.
The main advantages are as follows:-
1. High immediate initial bond strength.
2. High load bearing final bond strength.
3. Lower application temperature than conventional hot melt adhesives - kind to sensitive materials.
4. High heat resistance, thermally stable from -40'C to +100'C 5. Bond can be separated by applying heat at 130'C from a hot air tool without leaving residue.
6. Weatherproof.
7. Suitable for indoor and outdoors as well as in damp environments.
The glue gun has a warm up time of about 10 to 13 minutes and can attain 140'C as its maximum temperature. The gun is ergonomically designed with a pistol grip and a weight of 400gms. It is offered with a charging stand and a drip tray for collecting excess glue drip from the gun. As an option, Steinel also offers a carry kit containing all kinds of glue cartridges and nozzles for various applications.
