Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vipin Sondhi, MD & CEO, JCB India Ltd. expressed his delight at launch of NEW JCB decals -'Machines in a new avataar' marking company's transition and growth over the years. The new livery has been designed to strengthen JCB's branding and achieve top of the mind recall.
He added, "The company has ambitious development and expansion plans through adherence to world class JCB corporate identity norms and launching revolutionary products, helping India to meet its ambitious infrastructure development plan."
Also, Mr. Sondhi proudly announced, 'JCB believes, the best should keep getting better, hence JCB would have extension of JCB Backhoe Loader as JCB 3DX XTRA, the Backhoe Loader with JCB engine'
Also, Mr. Vipin Sondhi shared, "JCB's over Rs. 750 crore investments in its Pune and Ballabhgarh plants, positions us very well to take advantage of the ever growing demand for construction equipment in India. Investments continued during the slowdown of 2008 - 09, and JCB is now geared up to meet demand in future. Investments will continue in product improvements.
He further elaborated by saying, "JCB today is the market leader in construction equipment sector in India with over 50% market share. JCB India is also gaining strength in the Tracked Excavator, Compaction equipment and the Wheeled Loading Shovel segment all over India."
The State of the art plant in Pune has fabrications and heavy line manufacturing facilities, which are export-oriented. It caters to the needs of JCB factories both in India and abroad. It produces Excavators, Wheel Loading Shovels and Vibratory Compactors. It has India's largest Parts & Technical Training Centre for construction equipment in India.
JCB is the fastest growing company in the Indian earthmoving and construction equipment industry. The company is a pioneer in the industry and has been recording excellent growth rates.
