Techno Ceiling products on expansion mode, Starts exports of false ceilings

The .More than 90% of the products were imported and the country was loosing lots of foreign exchange as well as business opportunities. . Techno Ceiling Products is the first Indian company to start manufacturing this product in India.

-- Pune based TECHNO ceiling products manufacturers of Metal Ceiling systems have completed planned capacity expansion and have commenced exports in modular false ceilings from the country.
The company had earlier launched import substitute Structural Ceiling (T grid) systems as well as Metal plain and perforated ceiling tiles ( layin as well as clip in ) false ceilings under the brand name Techno T-Grid TM and Techno Acoustic for the Indian markets, said Mr Mohandas Hegde and Mr Naren Kothari promoters of the company.
They added that modular false ceiling market was totally dominated by large MNC's importing products from China and Europe.More than 90% of the products were imported and the country was loosing lots of foreign exchange as well as business opportunities. Infact all types of modular ceilings require T grid suspension systems which were also being 100 % imported till now . Techno Ceiling Products is the first Indian company to start manufacturing this product in India.
There is a total requirement of more than 8 million sq. mt. of suspension system for false ceilings out of which Techno has already reached production levels of 1 million sq.mt. per year, said Mr Kothari
Techno Ceiling Products which boasts of a fully automated manufacturing line for ceiling tiles as well as a series of lines for various grid systems with an impressive growth rate of 125 % year on year in the last 3 years, he added.
Mr Hegde mentioned that " within a short period of time of 4 years our products have acclaimed international acceptable norms and are at present used widely all over the country. Big companies and MNC's like Tata Motors, Infosys, Cognizant, Reliance, Siemens, L & T have approved and are already using our products on a large scale.
Techno offers products which can be widely used at Airports, Malls, Offices, Industrial manufacturing areas , Railway stations, Hotels...entrance lobbies as well as kitchens restaurants and Gymnasiums "He further added " Until now there were no large manufacturers for T grids and they were mainly imported from China . Besides the Metal ceiling tiles which is an internationally preferred option for false ceilings was not so popular in India because of it is overpriced . Now that we have scales of manufacturing and priced very reasonably we are confident that this product will take over the ceiling market. "
Mr Kothari also clarified that " with the strong technical team and the state of art manufacturing set up at Pirangut, Pune the quality of our products are at par with international brands . With the continious upgradation and addition of new products , Techno strives to remain the leading manufacturer of T grids as well as the range of ceiling products . He further added "We have geared up our production capacities to cater to large requirements .At present we can deliver upto a million sq. ft of ceiling tiles and suspension sytems per month and can further enhace if required.
With such figures TECHNO is the only Indian Company having a integrated manufacturing set up for the suspension systems as well as the ceiling tiles.

2.....Metal Ceiling Tiles .....a..Lay in plain and perforated compatible to 15 mm as well as 24mm T gridsb..Clip in ..plain and perforated The perforated ceiling tiles with perforations ranging from 17 to 21 % opening area , with the use of Acoustical fleece to the back side gives very good NRC values ranging from 0.75 to 0.90.....
