Simplex Infrastructures Ltd., one of India’s leading infrastructure solutions providers, today, announced that it has bagged an order for AED 525 million (Rs. 630 crore) for construction of the 2nd Tower of the Twin-Tower Complex “G-Emporium” in the city of Arabia, Dubai. The project is executable over next 30 months.

The project is a 56-storied commercial tower of the same height and dimension ad measuring 1 million sq.ft., as the first tower. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. had also secured the order for the construction of the residential tower for AED 489 million (Rs. 587 crore).

Commenting on this, Mr. Amitabh Das Mundhra, Director, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. said, “We, at Simplex, are proud to have bagged another prestigious order in the Middle East. This project would provide impetus to us in further capitalizing on the emerging prospects in the national and international markets. With the business growing at over 50%, we expect about 25% revenue from overseas operations.”
