Test Republic wins Testing Thought Leadership Award
Test Republic, India's first social networking portal exclusively designed for Software Testing professionals has won "Testing Thought Leadership Award" for its contribution in promoting Software Testing with a vision to see a better testing community in India. The award was given by Pure Conferences at the recently concluded Test 2008 Conference held at Delhi from 15-16 October.

The award was given by Pure Conferences at the recently concluded Test 2008 Conference held at Delhi from 15-16 October.
Test2008 was the first conference organized by PureConferences in India which provided a platform for international and national test professionals to interact and participate. Speakers from around 10 countries, such as USA, UK, France, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, including India have participated and delivered keynotes, tutorials and papers during the conference.
Speaking on the occasion , Mohan Panguluri, Co-Founder of Test Republic and Edista Testing Institute said "It has been a little over one year since Test Republic has been launched. We are happy to have got this recognition. In the past one year, our efforts primarily have been to promote interaction between testers and create a platform for knowledge & information sharing, debates, discussions and testing challenges. Currently we have members from 2400+ from 40+ countries and the membership is growing everyday. We are committed to make Test Republic a unique platform with a worldwide reach that delivers value to all the stakeholders that are involved. Going forward, there are several initiatives that are planned for the members which include launching webinar series, offline member meets, creation of local member chapters etc. You will hear more about these initiatives in the coming few weeks. We have accepted this with humility only to feel more responsible, committed and motivated to further the cause of Test Republic. Having said that, we attribute this recognition to all our members for their constant feedback and support that they have extended in driving us to make Test Republic a better place.
