IMT and XSIS Informatics have agreed to get into an MOU where IMT will act as technology and implementation provider and XSIS will act as business development/concessionaire to IMT and help in selling their ERP solution to end clients.

This ERP software comes packed with features that are slated to take the Real Estate and Construction to a new level. The ERP comes with certain important built-in modules such as Purchase & Stores, Sales, Architecture, Maintenance, Accounts, Engineering, and Payroll to help ease the processes of the Construction and Real Estate industry. Primarily, XSIS Informatics is a Web Solutions, hardware and networking solutions provider with a fair position in the market owing to their wide experience in the sector. Over a period of time they have developed good Client Relationships. IMT aims to cater to the MP and Chattisgarh markets with their product IMT eBuild™.

This business arrangement immediately catapulted into reality when the former bagged the contract of Bhopal based Shubhalay Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. for development and implementation of real estate and construction web-based ERP solution IMT eBuild™. Both the companies hope to work together and get many more such clients. The contract of Shubhalay Infrastructures, Bhopalwas obtained at the time of signing of this MOU/Channel Partner Agreement, which is a very healthy sign. The arrangements will witness an ERP solution provider coming together with agency who has got fairly high market reach and they have a common cause which is to satisfy customers IT needs. The MOU clearly defines the roles of both the parties in this arrangement. After the arrangement, both the managements of IMT and XSIS Informatics congratulated each other and hoped for a long and mutually beneficial relationship and their start couldn’t have been better (bagging the Shubhalay Infrastructures contract).
