SAP India bags the top slot in enterprise applications according to Dataquest magazine's Customer Satisfaction Audit 2007

Audit among Indian CIOs reveals SAP excels in product reliability, responsiveness to specific client requirements, domain knowledge of customers' businesses and post sales support

Bangalore, Karnataka, February 21, 2007 /India PRwire/ -- SAP India, the leading provider of business software solutions, has bagged the top slot in the enterprise applications category according to the annual Customer Satisfaction Audit (CSA) 2007* results published in Dataquest magazine (January 31, 2007 issue). In the enterprise applications category covering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), the survey results showed that Indian Chief Information Officers (CIOs) chose SAP ahead of Oracle, Microsoft Business Solutions and RAMCO as the top enterprise applications provider.

The survey results revealed that Indian CIOs rate SAP at the top slot on such key parameters as product reliability, responsiveness to specific client requirements and domain knowledge of customers business and post sales support.
