The organization actually wants a robust, scalable, and secured operating system which will not disturb its existing set-up and can port its current proprietary software easily. The company also want an open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM)software, Content Management Software(CMS) and automated help desk.
After studying the scenario we deployed Sugar CRM for customer relationship management, Mambo for CMS, and a very advance Helpdesk on very reliable Operating system Xandros. The main strength of teh OS lies in the interoperatibility of Xandros with other properitary software.
The after deployment services is the key to migrate the system through IIRA Technologies as till date there is Zero Error report od all the deployement we processed.
