Anu’s Laboratories Limited has posted an increase of 23.44% in its PAT for the first quarter of the 2009 fiscal, which stands at Rs 416 lacs as compared to Rs 337 lacs in the last fiscal. The Net income for the period stands at Rs 3,948 lacs, up from Rs 3,132 lacs for the same period in the last fiscal.
Announcing the results, Mr. K. Hari Babu, Managing Director of Anu’s Laboratories Ltd. said, “We are keen on expanding operations and hope to clock steady growth in the coming quarters.”
The key drivers for the quarter has been the Contract manufacturing activities. Going forward the company plans to focus on Advanced intermediates and contract manufacturing portion of the business for volumes .
