On 4th March this delightful culinary journey will be held at Landmark DLF Grand Mall, Mehrauli, Gurgaon at 5.00pm with the chefs from Slice of Italy: Chefs Manish and Saikat dishing up lip smacking delicacies.

This evening will have the master chefs show you how you can recreate the magic of their signature dishes in your very own kitchen. That's not all. You can even savour their delicious pizzas at the event. This evening promises to be a delight for all foodies.

Chef Manish Sharma has been associated with Slice of Italy since early 2007. His passion for cooking inspired him to join Hotel Management. He started his professional career in 2003 after completing a degree in Hotel Management in Jaipur. Apart from his culinary fervour, he has strong administrative qualities, which has made him a very good Manager and Chef.

Chef Saikat Chaudhary has been into cooking as long as he remembers. This passion started as early as 15 years of age. His entire family and relatives were really fond of his Bengali style fish curry that he cooked all by himself. After graduating with honours in English from Vishvabharti University, Shantiniketan, he started his culinary training at Slice of Italy in 2001 and has been growing since then along with the restaurant.
