Dr Lokesh Gupta, has been awarded with “Rising Personalities of India Award” and a Gold Medal, by a U.S.A. based organization “International Penguin Publishing House”. This prestigious award has been conferred to him for his having published a research paper entitled “Mass, IR, electronic and EPR spectral studies on transition metal complexes with a new tetradentate 12-membered new macrocyclic ligand” in an international journal of spectroscopy. This paper has been cited as reference by the scientists all over the world consistently for the last three years.
