Tweet-- MeriCAR.com, a first-in-India dedicated online car servicing booking web portal, is now associated with SPEED Car Helpline Service in NCR region. Car owner members can avail on road assistance membership while saving at MeriCAR premium workshops.
The SPEED has its own dedicated fleet of repair vans and two wheelers which are spread strategically across Delhi and NCR. A fully computerized customer care which takes care of customer calls and logs all the complaints. The control room manages the allocation and movement of the vans based on customer calls. All vans are well equipped with trained mechanics, required tooling, spare parts etc and are in 24 hrs contact with the control room through wireless sets.
