IndianFootball.Com, India's Premier Football Site, was founded on April 10, 1998 by Arunava Chaudhuri, an expatriate Indian born and bred in Germany. Since it's start IndianFootball.Com has been the only real source for Indian football information on the web, not only focussing on a club or state but trying to bring as much as possible of football from across India to the footballing world. From a one man team IndianFootball.Com has grown into an editorial team of eight editors based across the globe. Though our base is still in Germany.

IndianFootball.Com's work has been acknowledged by world football governing body FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation, and on certain issues our expert opinion had been asked for.

But IndianFootball.Com does not only restrict itself to journalistic work, we try to do something for the development of football in India and also to spread the word about Indian football across the globe, especially in Europe. Among other things IndianFootball.Com has organised a training camp for the Indian under-17 national team in Germany and along with it organised the International Indian Football Series 2002. Also IndianFootball.Com has been featured in the media across the globe and our editors are contacted for expert comments on the game. Among them - BBC World Service's TV and Radio, BBC 5Live, Deutsche Welle and newspapers in India, Germany and England.
